Core - Beginner
Start building strength, control, and coordination. This beginner-level class focuses on proper technique, breath work, and foundational movement patterns to set the stage for long-term progression.
Peak - Advanced
Pushing limits and redefining strength. This high-level class is for experienced clients who want intensity, pace, and advanced Reformer exercises. Expect to sweat, shake, and feel accomplished.
Brotherhood - (men only)
A class built for men to focus on strength, control, and endurance. Improve posture, flexibility, and core power through targeted movement — all in a focused and welcoming space.
Foundation
(level 1)

Foundation is our Level 1 class, the starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates, and also welcomes experienced Reformer Pilates goers looking to perfect their form and go back to basics. We will cover the beginner repertoire focusing on our form, breath, pelvic and spinal positioning.
It will be mandatory for beginners to attend this class to ensure confidence and safety on the Reformer machine before trying other classes we have to offer. However, equally valuable for all levels seeking to revisit the core principles of Pilates.
Expect plenty of hands on guidance, how to safely adjust the Reformer machine and much more.
Core
(LEVEL 2)

Core is our Level 2 class, the next step after Foundation, designed for those who have already developed a basic understanding of Reformer Pilates and are wanting to build on their technique with a little more flow and challenge.
Core will introduce light layering of exercises, and other accessories such as the Pilates Soft Ball and Magic Circle. We will still focus on the beginner exercises but teach with more flow, to develop your coordination, strength and stability.
Still expect lots of hands on guidance and support!
Elevate
(LEVEL 3)

Elevate is our Level 3 class which is designed for more experienced clients that already hold a solid understanding of Pilates. We will introduce exercises from the intermediate Reformer Pilates repertoire, teach more complex movement sequences and expect faster transitions between exercises.
There will be a greater level of control, coordination and balance required during these classes. Despite incorporating more intermediate exercises, it’s not about sweating, it is about moving with precision and developing an even deeper connection to our breath, rhythm and mind-body connection.
PeaK
(level 4)

Peak is our Level 4 class, which is designed strictly for experienced clients who have mastered the intermediate repertoire and can demonstrate consistent control, co ordination and understanding of the Pilates Method.
We will introduce advanced exercises from the repertoire, providing greater challenges in strength, focus and control.
Booking to Peak is by instructor recommendation only. Clients must demonstrate confidence and capability before progressing to this level.

Ageless Strength

Ageless Strength is a Reformer Pilates class dedicated to our more mature clients. It is designed to help clients build muscular strength, mobility, balance and endurance.
As you may know, exercise offers many physical and mental health benefits. It helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints. As we age, it becomes even more important to exercise regularly not just for our mental and physical health, but to continue to live independently.
This class will offer a low-impact, full body workout focusing on alignment, flexibility and balance. Exercises will be performed on the Reformer and Tower using spring resistance.
Brotherhood
(men only)

Brotherhood is our men-only Reformer Pilates Class. It is designed to build strength, flexibility and control in a way that compliments the male body and lifestyle.
Whether you are new to Pilates or already active in sports such as running, golf or tennis, this class will challenge you in the right ways to enhance performance, prevent injury and build functional strength.
We will cover the foundations of Reformer Pilates, focus on core control and pelvic stability. Enhancing coordination, breath, posture and much more.
Revved
(high impact)

Fast, fiery and full-body focused, not your typical Pilates class.
Revved is a totally different vibe from our other classes. It is a high-intensity, upbeat class designed to get your body moving with dynamic full bodied flows.
Expect pumped-up playlists and lots of energy! Less about classical Pilates, more about movement, momentum and mood. Revved will be taught safely but with more intensity and variety than our other classes.
Revved welcomes all abilities, both men and women but it is not recommended for those with injuries or brand new to Pilates. Beginners with some prior Reformer experience are more than welcome.

lunch time express

Lunchtime express is a 45-minute Reformer Pilates session designed for all levels and ideal for anyone looking to energise their afternoon, build strength, improve posture, and coordination, all within your lunch break.
Lunchtime Express is open to mixed abilities however, if you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, we kindly ask that you attend a Foundation class first to ensure you feel confident on the equipment.
